摘要:在正常供水条件下,对1、3、5 a生沙地柏的生理指标进行了研究,结果表明:叶保水力、细胞膜透性、水分利用效率、羧化效率在各年龄段间差异显著(p<0.05)。随着苗龄的增加,沙地柏枝叶保水力逐渐增强;而细胞膜透性和羧化效率表现出降低的趋势。瞬时水分利用效率以3 a生沙地柏最高。净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和表观量子效率等指标在各年龄段间无显著差异,表明正常供水条件下,3个年龄的沙地柏幼苗的光合物质积累差异不显著。
In this paper, under normal soil water conditions, several eco-physiological indicators were inves- tigated on Sabina vulgaris seedlings with three different ages, 1-year, 3-year and 5-year. The results showed that: leaf water holding ability, membrane permeability, water use efficiency and carboxylation ef- ficiency among groups were significantly different (P^0.05). With the growth of the seedlings, the leaf water holding ability gradually increased, but membrane permeability and carboxylation efficiency showed a decreasing trend. Instantaneous water use efficiency of 3-year seedlings was the highest. Net photosyn thetic rates, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, and apparent quantum efficiency were similar in all age groups with no significant difference. So under the normal water supply conditions, matter accumulation in the selected three age seedlings did not show manifesting differences.
