摘要:以木薯秆为主要原料,添加玉米芯、甘蔗渣设计6个处理,以棉籽壳基质为对照在桉树林下开展灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)栽培基质配方试验,比较分析不同配方的菌丝生长情况、单袋产量和利润,以筛选出最佳配方。结果表明:配方3(木薯秆屑50%+玉米芯30%+米糠18%+蔗糖1%+石膏1%)栽培灵芝的菌丝日生长速率(9.19 mm·d^(-1))显著高于对照灵芝的菌丝日生长速率(8.45 mm·d^(-1)),单袋产量(32.74 g)高于对照单袋产量(32.02 g),每公顷利润(77394.60元)比对照(57011.40元)高了20383.20元;配方4(木薯秆屑50%+甘蔗渣30%+米糠18%+蔗糖1%+石膏1%)栽培灵芝的菌丝日生长速率(10.08 mm·d^(-1))显著高于对照灵芝的菌丝日生长速度,单袋产量与对照无显著差异,但每公顷利润(69220.80元)比对照高12209.40元。综合分析表明,配方3和配方4适宜在桉树林下灵芝栽培中推广应用。
Using cassava stem as the main raw material,and adding corn cobs or sugarcane bagasse,six treatments were designed,and cottonseed husk substrate as the control,a formula experiment for Ganoderma lucidum cultivation substrate under eucalypt plantations was conducted.Comparing and analyzing the mycelial growth,single bag yield,and profit of different formulas.The results showed that Formula 3(50% cassava chips+30% corn cobs+18% rice bran+1% sugar+1% gypsum)significantly increased the daily mycelial growth rate(9.19 mm·d^(-1))of cultivated G.lucidum compared to the control G.lucidum(8.45 mm·d^(-1)).Its single bag yield(32.74 g)is higher than the control single bag yield(32.02 g),and the profit(77394.60 RMB per hectare)is 20383.20 RMB higher than the control(57011.40 RMB per hectare).Formula 4(50% cassava chips+30% sugarcane bagasse+18% rice bran+1% sugar+1% gypsum)significantly increased the daily mycelial growth rate(10.08 mm·d^(-1))of cultivated G.lucidum compared to the control G.lucidum,with no significant difference in yield.However,the profit(69220.80 RMB per hectare)was 12209.40 RMB higher than the control.The results showed that it was suitable to cultivate G.lucidum under eucalypt plantations using formulas 3 and 4.
