摘要:分别采用真空加压浸胶法和常压浸胶法进行桉树纤维化单板处理,制备新型桉树纤维化单板重组木。在相同浸胶量条件下,比较两种浸胶法的重组木的性能。结果表明:真空加压浸胶法制备重组木的耐水性能和力学性能更优,并且可节省胶耗,是一种可行的纤维化单板浸胶方法。
The authors applied phenol formaldehyde adhesive to fibrous eucalyptus (Eucalyptus urophylla) veneers, under atmospheric and vacuum-pressure conditions to evaluate the effects of adhesive impregnation on the properties of scrimber. The results showed that water resistant and mechanical properties of the scrimber were much improved by the vacuum-pressure impregnating process with better performance and less adhesive consumption.
