摘要:以高酸价废弃油脂为原料,采用快速热解工艺制备生物燃料油。实验结果表明,在温度500℃,给料速率50~60g/h的条件下,燃料油收率稳定在77%~78%。通过对热解油的催化酯化反应,热解油中的羧酸组分显著降低,所得酯化燃油具有较好的燃料性能(粘度3.26mm^2/s,密度0.85g/cm^3,冷凝点-10℃,冷滤点-5℃,热值为41.3kJ/g)。采用气质联用分析液体产物,表明热解产物中含有烃类、醛类、酮以及羧酸酯等组分,碳链长度主要分布在C10~C18,烃类含量约占50%。分析结果表明,采用快速热解的方式可有效避免热解过程中二次反应的发生,减少芳香族、异构化产物的生成,提高燃油质量。
The biofuel production from high acid value waste oil was studied through pyrolysis reaction followed by esterification reaction. The results show that the highest yield of pyrolytic product is 77%-78% under optimum pyrolysis reaction condition, 500℃, 50-60g/h of feed velocity. Fuel properties of product were great promoted by esterification. The product provided good performances as, density 850kg/m3, viscosity 3.26mm^2/s, heat value 41. 3MJ/kg, freezing point of -10℃ and the cold filter plugging point of -5℃. Furthermore, the products were analyzed by GC-MS and FT-IR and showed the formation of alkanes, alkenes and carboxylic acid. The carbon chain of product mainly disbursed in C10 - C18 with amount of hydrocarbons at about 50%.
