摘要:为明确1年生多穗柯容器苗最优培育组合,采用基质配比、缓释肥用量、容器规格三因素析因试验设计,测定各处理多穗柯全部苗木株高、地径、高径比,计算苗木根、茎、叶和整株生物量,检测苗木氮、磷质量分数和苗木根系生长指标,依据试验数据分析不同因素及交互作用对多穗柯幼苗生长、根系发育、各器官氮、磷质量分数的影响。结果表明:容器规格、缓释肥用量、基质配比×缓释肥用量对多穗柯容器苗生长影响最大,三者除对苗木根冠比无显著影响,对其它所有生长指标影响均达显著水平;缓释肥用量×容器规格次之;基质配比、基质配比×容器规格对多穗柯容器苗生长影响最小。基质配比是影响多穗柯容器苗根系发育的最主要因素,对全部根系指标的影响均达显著水平;缓释肥用量、容器规格次之;三者交互作用对全部根系指标的影响最小。基质配比是影响苗木组织N、P质量分数的最主要因素,其对苗木根、茎、叶中N质量分数和整株全N、P质量分数的影响均达极显著水平;容器规格、缓释肥用量次之;各主因素交互作用最弱。基质配比A 2(V(泥炭)∶V(稻壳、木屑)∶V(黄心土)=3∶6∶1)、缓释肥用量B 3(4.0 kg·m^(-3))、容器规格C 3(15.0 cm×20.0 cm)组合的平均隶属函数值最大为0.763,是育苗效果最佳组合,可在生产中应用。
In order to determine the optimal cultivation combination of 1-year-old container seedlings of Lithocarpus litseifolius,the factorial experiment design was carried out by using three factors of substrate ratio,slow-release fertilizer dosage and container standard,and the effects of each factor and its interaction on the growth,root development and N,P content in the container seedlings of L.litseifolius were discussed.The plant height,ground diameter and height-diameter ratio of all seedlings of Lithocarpus polystachyus in each treatment were measured,the roots,stems,leaves and whole plant biomass of the seedlings were calculated,and the nitrogen and phosphorus mass fraction of the seedlings and the seedling root growth index were detected.According to the experimental data,we analyzed the effects of different factors and interactions on the growth,root development,and the nitrogen and phosphorus mass fraction of each organ in L.polystachyus seedlings.The results showed that the container standard,slow release fertilizer dosage,substrate ratio×slow-release fertilizer had the greatest effect on the growth of container seedlings,and the three had no significant effect on the root shoot ratio of seedlings,but had significant effect on all other growth indexes.The three factors had no significant effect on the height diameter ratio of seedlings,but had significant effects on all other growth indexes.The amount of slow-release fertilizer×container size was the second,and the substrate ratio and substrate ratio×container size were the least.The substrate ratio was the most important factor affecting the root development,which had significant influence on all root indexes,followed by the slow-release fertilizer dosage and container size,and the interaction effect of the three was the least.The substrate ratio was the most important factor affecting the content of N and P in seedling tissue,and its effect on root,stem and leaf of seedling was the most important factor.The effect of medium N content and whole plant all N and P content reached highly significant level,followed by container size and slow-release fertilizer dosage,and the interaction effect of main factors was the weakest.The highest average subordinate function value was 0.763 for the combination of substrate ratio A 2(V(peat)∶V(rice husk and sawdust)∶V(yellow soil)=3∶6∶1),container size C 3(15.0 cm×20.0 cm)and slow release fertilizer dosage B 3(4.0 kg·m^(-3)),which was the best combination for seedling raising and could be applied in production.
