摘要:采用氧指数法对4种树种木材、5种阻燃物质燃烧特性的研究发现,未阻燃处理木材的氧指数在纵横向上有差异,纵向高于横向,径弦向差异很小。这主要是木材结构各向异性以及各方向上的导热系数不同所致。木材树种不同氧指数也有差异,原因之一是密度不同所致。阻燃处理可使方向上的差异逆转,即横向高于纵向。同一阻燃物质对不同树种木材的作用效果不同,即树种与阻燃物质之间存在适应性问题。树种结构对氧指数有很大影响。
This paper discusses the differences between oxygen index ( OI ) of wood on vertical and transverse section by four wood species with five fire retardants. The results showed that the OI of vertical section was lower than that in transverse section because wood is anisotropy and coefficient of heat conduction is different in different direction .But there was no obvious difference on radial and tangential section since the radial section is similar to tangential in structure. The effect of wood species on OI of wood was different, high density wood had a greater OI . With fire retardant treatment, the OI of vertical section could be higher than transverse section. The effect of same retardant on different wood species was different.
