摘要:为揭示3个试验点3 a生小叶青冈生长和形质性状家系遗传变异和遗传稳定性,为不同区域和立地筛选出速生优质小叶青冈家系,本研究基于2019年在浙江建德、江西分宜和安远营建的小叶青冈优树家系测定林材料,分析其家系遗传变异规律及家系与地点的互作,开展速生优质家系选择。结果显示:3 a生小叶青冈幼林平均树高、地径和冠幅分别为2.18 m、3.02 cm和1.05 m,不同家系间的生长和形质性状差异均达到极显著水平。树高、地径、冠幅、最长侧枝长度和基径等性状的家系遗传力较高(0.36~0.71),受中等至偏强的家系遗传控制,而单株遗传力估算值相对较低。性状相关研究发现,树高和地径生长突出的家系,冠幅相应较大,侧枝多且粗。立地环境对家系树干通直度影响较小,但地径、冠幅和最长侧枝长度却存在显著的家系与立地互作效应。基于不同家系树高和地径BLUP的估算值,3个试验点共初选出12个早期速生的优良家系,但没有在3个试验点均入选的优良家系。结果表明:小叶青冈家系生长与形质性状具有较强的变异性,且性状间存在显著相关性,不同家系的生长不仅受遗传控制,还受遗传和环境互作影响。
In order to study the genetic variation and stability of the growth and form-quality traits of three-year-old Cyclobalanopsis myrsinifolia in three experimental sites,so as to screen out fast-growing and high-quality families for different regions and sites,based on the genetic experimental forests of C.myrsinifolia elite family constructed in 2019 in Jiande of Zhejiang Province,Fenyi and Anyuan of Jiangxi Province,the genetic variation of the family and the interaction between family and site were analyzed,and the selection of fast-growing and high-quality families was carried out.The result showes that the average tree height,ground diameter and crown width of the three-year-old young forest of C.microphylla were 2.18 m,3.02 cm and 1.05 m,respectively,and the growth and form-quality traits of different families were significantly different.The family heritability of tree height,ground diameter,crown width,branch length and diameter was high(0.36-0.71),which was controlled by medium to strong family heritability,but the individual heritability was relatively low.Correlation analysis showed that the families with prominent growth in tree height and ground diameter had wide crown and many thick branches.The site environment had little effect on the bole straightness,but the ground diameter,crown width and branch length had significant interaction effects between family and site.According to the BLUP values of tree height and ground diameter of different families,a total of 12 excellent families were selected,but no common excellent families were selected fromthe three test sites.The growth and form-quality traits of C.myrsinifolia showed strong variability,and there was a significant correlation between the characters.The growth of different families was not only controlled by heredity,but also influenced by the interaction between heredity and environment.
