摘要:为打破柑橘凤蝶(Papilio xuthus)越冬滞育,利用人工气候箱,对影响柑橘凤蝶滞育蛹发育的主要因素进行研究。结果显示,光周期、培养温度与低温处理三因素对滞育蛹影响R2值分别为154.7、936.2和21.3,表明培养温度是影响自然发育至12月下旬柑橘凤蝶滞育蛹发育的最主要因素,其次是光周期,低温处理对滞育蛹发育历期影响较小。光周期、培养温度和低温处理在柑橘凤蝶滞育蛹不同发育阶段影响存在差异。
In order to break the pupae diapause of Papilio xuthus, the effects of three factors of photoperiod, development temperature and how long of the time in low temperature in artificial climate chest on the development of the butterfly were studied. The results were as follow: the R2 value of the three factors of diapause pupae were 154.7, 936.2 and 21.3 respectively. The development temperature in cfimate-chest was the first influence factor which affected the development of diapause pupae under natural development to the last ten days of December. Photoperiod was the second factors, and how long of the time in low temperature of diapause pupae was the third factor which affected the development of the diapause pupae distinctly. The three factors had different effects on the development of diapause pupae in different developmental stages.
