摘要:以洛阳市1990、2000和2005年1∶10万土地利用/土地覆盖数据为信息源,参考1995、2000、2005统计资料,结合其地貌区域划分结果,对洛阳市生态足迹、全市生态承载力以及3大区域生态承载力进行了计算。结果表明:①洛阳市1995—2005年人均生态足迹逐渐增加,人均可用生态供给力逐渐下降,人均生态赤字从1995年的1.1555hm2/人上升到2005年的3.0602hm2/人,说明洛阳市人口对自然资源利用程度逐渐增加,目前已超出了生态承载力的范围,人地关系十分紧张;②各类土地生态足迹中,耕地生态足迹最大,其次为化石能源地和草地,反映出洛阳市经济的发展很大程度上依赖自然资源的消耗;③人均生态供给力以耕地减少最大,人均水域供给和人均建设用地供给变化相对较小,但水域人均承载力增加到2005年,也仅有0.0013hm2/人,表明洛阳市自然水环境的自然容量不高,在水资源丰富的表象下,人均占有水资源量的不足;④快速发展的平原区人均生态容量低,突显其人地关系的紧张,生态压力巨大。
Land use and land cover data of Luoyang at 1∶100000 scale in 1990, 2000 and 2005 and the statistical data in 1995, 2000 and 2005 were used to calculate the ecological footprint, ecological carrying capacity of the city and ecological carrying capacity of three areas divided by geographical characters from 1995 to 2005. Results showed that the ecological footprint per capita for Luoyang gradually increased, while ecological carrying capacity per capita gradually decreased from 1995 to 2005. The ecological deficit per capita for Luoyang increased from 1.1555 hectare per capital in 1995 to 3.0602 hectare per capital in 2005, indicating that the natural resource consumption for Luoyang was increasing and humanity’s demand had exceeded ecological carrying capacity of Luoyang. Man-land relationship in Luoyang was strained. Arable land showed the largest ecological demand, followed by fossil energy land and grassland, which reflects the development of Luoyang largely depends on natural resource consumption. The ecological carrying capacity per capita of arable land decreased obviously, while that of water area and fossil energy land changed little. The ecological carrying capacity per capita of water area in 2005 was 0.0013 hectare per capital, indicating the shortage of water resource per capital. As a fast developing region, the ecological carrying capacity per capita of plain area is small, which means there is a great pressure on ecological environment in Luoyang City.
