摘要:在乙醇/水二元介质漂白体系下,对比研究了慈竹和青皮竹2种竹材原料制得的高白度漂白化学热磨机械浆(BCTMP)中残留的顽固发色基团的结构特点,发现制备相同高白度(80.0%(ISO)以上)纸浆,2种原料的漂白机理有显著差异。青皮竹浆料因呋喃类共轭结构的化学稳定性较高,需要增加氢氧化钠用量以促进苯环侧链共轭基团脱除才能实现目标白度。高白度慈竹化学热磨机械浆(N-BCTMP)中的顽固发色基团结构主要有呋喃类共轭结构,以及木质素结构中的氧化紫丁香基(S′)、氧化愈创木基(G′)和对香豆酸酯(p CA)3种共轭结构,而高白度青皮竹化学热磨机械浆(B-BCTMP)中的顽固发色基团则以呋喃类共轭结构为主。通过分析2种体系漂白终段溶出物结构特征的差异,推测青皮竹漂白工艺氢氧化钠用量相对较多、漂白浆中木质素结构脱除较彻底,应归因于其浆料中非苯环侧链共轭类的呋喃类共轭结构连接较稳固,难以脱除。
In this study,the structural characteristics of the inactive chromophores in high brightness mechanical pulps made from two bamboo raw materials(Neosinocalamus affinis and Bambusa textilis)in the alkaline hydrogen peroxide with ethanol/water media bleaching are comparatively investigated.Comparative analysis of bleaching mechanisms demonstrated distinct differences between two materials in producing mechanical pulp with identical high brightness(over 80.0%(ISO)).In B.textilis bleached chemical thermomechanical pulp(B-BCTMP),the furan-type conjugated structures showed remarkably stable chemical bonding,necessitating higher NaOH concentrations to cleave the conjugated side chains from aromatic rings to attain the desired brightness level.The structures of inactive chromophore groups in N.affinis bleached chemical thermomechanical pulp(N-BCTMP)were found to be dominated by furan-type conjugated structures and three conjugated structures of oxidized syringyl(S′),oxidized guaiacyl(G′)and p-coumarate esters(p CA)in lignin structure,while the inactive chromophore groups in B-BCTMP were mainly furan-type conjugated structures.The differences in the structural characteristics of the residue in the fourth bleaching stage of two raw materials were analyzed.The relatively high dosage of sodium hydroxide in the bleaching process of B-BCTMP,as well as the more complete removal of the lignin structure,was likely to be attributed to the difficulty in removing the furan conjugate structure in green bamboos due to its stable linkage structure.
