摘要:为了更好地开发和利用木槿的观赏和食用价值,对木槿开花特性进行了调查与观测,对雅致木槿干、鲜花蕾营养成分进行了测定与分析。结果表明:木槿在上海地区的花期为6月下旬至10月上中旬;木槿花蕾含有丰富的营养物质,烘干后16种氨基酸含量均有减少,总氨基酸含量减少1倍以上。探讨了科学合理的木槿食用方法。
In order to better develop and utilize ornamental and edible values in Hibiscus syriacus, blossom characteristics of main cultivars were surveyed and observed, nutrient components in fresh and dry flowers were measured and analyzed. The results show that the florescence in Shanghai is from late June to mid-October, fresh flower buds in H. syriacus have rich nutrient components, but contents of 16 kinds of amino acids in dried flower buds are reduced, and total amino acid content is decreased more than one time. Some new reasonable edible methods were proposed.
