摘要：阐述了中国湿地的特点、主要类型以及中国湿地生态环境面临的主要问题。建立自然保护区是对湿地进行就地保护的最有效措施。早在20世纪50年代,中国已经开始对湿地进行实质性保护工作,特别是1992年世界环境与发展大会和中国加入《湿地公约》以后,我国在湿地保护方面取得了巨大成就。由于历史原因和国情特点,目前的湿地保护和管理工作面临很多问题。在保持和永续利用的前提下,合理利用湿地资源将是中国湿地保护和管理工作的核心问题。
The specialty, main types and the principal questions of wetland ecological environment in China were described in this paper. Establishing nature reserve is the most effective approach of in situ conservation to wetland. In the 1950`s, China began to protect the wetland, especially after “World Environment and Development Congress” in 1992 and the attendance to Marsh Treaty , China has gain great achievements on the protection of wetland. However, Because of historical reasons and the situation of China, there are a lot of questions on the protection and management of wetland. On the basis of maintenance and sustainable use, making good use of wetland resource will be the key question on the protection and management of wetland in China.
