摘要:采用三羟甲基丙烷三缩水甘油醚(THPTG)为交联剂,通过在碱性介质中与降解大豆蛋白分子聚合反应制备耐水性型大豆蛋白胶黏剂。利用核磁共振(1H-NMR)、X射线衍射(XRD)分析手段和胶合板制备试验,研究THPTG用量对大豆蛋白胶黏剂结构、耐水胶合强度及其胶合板浸渍剥离性能的影响。结果表明,THPTG中的环氧基与大豆蛋白降解分子发生了开环交联反应,形成了具有耐水结构的大豆蛋白胶黏剂。THPTG的添加使降解大豆蛋白分子结构的α-螺旋结晶区和β-折叠区发生了显著变化,其中α-螺旋结晶区消失,β-折叠区的结晶度随THPTG用量的增加而逐渐减少。当THPTG用量为9%时,大豆蛋白胶黏剂具有优异的耐水胶接性能,其胶合强度达到国家标准GB/T9846-2015《普通胶合板》中Ⅱ类胶合板要求。
Under the alkaline condition,trimethylolpropane triglycidyl ether (THPTG)was used as a crosslinking agent to polymerize with the degraded soybean protein to prepare a water-resistant soybean protein adhesive.Nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR),X-ray diffraction (XRD)analysis and plywood preparation experiments were carried out to study the effect of THPTG dosage on the structure of soy protein adhesive,water-resistant bonding strength and plywood impregnation properties.The results showed that the epoxy group in THPTG and the soy protein degradation molecules undergo a ring-opening cross-linking reaction to forming a soy protein adhesive with water-resistant structure.The addition of THPTG significantly changed the α-helical crystallization region and the β-sheet region of the molecular structure of the degraded soybean protein,in which the α-helical crystallization region disappeared,and the crystallinity of the β-sheet region gradually decreased with the increase of the amount of THPTG.At 9%THPTG,the soy protein adhesive had excellent water-resistant bonding performance and the bonding strength met the requirements of Class II plywood in the national standard GB/T 9846-2015.
