摘要:以剑麻纤维废弃物为原料,磷酸法活化制备了高吸附性能活性炭,考察了磷酸质量分数、磷酸与原料浸渍比、活化温度和活化时间4个因素对活性炭吸附性能的影响。采用比表面积及孔隙度分析仪、热重分析仪(TG)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对活性炭样品进行表征。结果表明,影响活性炭吸附性能的因素按重要性排序,依次是活化温度>活化时间>磷酸质量分数>浸渍比。最佳制备工艺为:磷酸质量分数50%,磷酸与原料质量浸渍比1.5∶1,活化温度400℃和活化时间70 min,该条件下制备的活性炭BET比表面积达1 877 m2/g,总孔容积1.87 cm3/g,平均孔径4.0 nm,亚甲基蓝吸附值(QMB)225 mg/g,碘吸附值(QI2)1 051.1 mg/g,得率35%。
High absorption performance activated carbons were prepared from sisal fiber waste by phosphoric acid activation. The inference of mass fraction (to (H3PO4 ) ), impregnation ratio, activation temperature and heating time on adsorption properties of activated carbons were investigated. The obtained activated carbons were characterized by Nitrogen adsorption-desorption iso- therms, thermo-gravimetry (TG) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). It was found that the order of factors that influence adsorption properties was: activation temperature 〉 activation duration time 〉 to( [-I3PO4 ) 〉 impregnation ratio. The optimal pre- treatment and activation conditions are: to( H3PO4 ) 50 %, impregnation ratio 1.5:1, activation temperature 400 ℃ and heating time 70rain. The yield of the activated carbon is 35 % with the properties of the sample is as follow: specific surface area ( SBET ) 1 877 m2/g, total pore volume 1.87 em3/g, average pore diameter 4.0 rim, iodine number ( QIa ) 1 051.1 mg/g, amount of methylene blue adsorption (QMB) 225 mg/g.
