摘要:弹性模量标准值是结构用木竹材料的重要力学性能指标之一,应结合抽样样本包含的试样数、置信度水平进行确定,目前国内外对弹性模量标准值缺乏系统的理论研究。为了建立和完善结构用木竹材料弹性模量标准值的确定方法,合理确定弹性模量标准值,分别基于参数法和非参数法对其开展数理统计,确定置信度和拟合计算公式等。研究结果表明:基于参数法确定的弹性模量标准值,其取值系数随置信度的增加呈非线性递增;而基于非参数法确定的弹性模量标准值,其置信度随试样数的增加呈非线性递增;基于参数法和非参数法建立的弹性模量标准值的计算公式比欧洲规范中给出的方法适用性更广;该计算公式和理论推导的重组竹算例的弹性模量标准值,两者吻合良好。
Characteristic value of elastic modulus is a key mechanical properties index for structural wood and bamboo materials,which should be determined based on the number of specimens contained in sample and specified confidence level.However,now there are no systematic studies on the characteristic value of elastic modulus at home and abroad.In order to develop and improve the determination method for characteristic value of elastic modulus of structural wood and bamboo materials,and to reasonable calculate the characteristic value of elastic modulus,the analysis of mathematical statistics for characteristic value of elastic modulus was carried out based on the parametric method and non-parametric method.Then the confidence level and calculation formula for characteristic value of elastic modulus were determined.Results indicated that the coefficient of characteristic value for elastic modulus increased nonlinearly with the increase of confidence level in parametric method,and the confidence level of characteristic value for elastic modulus increased nonlinearly with the increase of the number of samples in non-parametric method.The proposed formula for calculating the characteristic value of elastic modulus based on the parametric method or non-parametric method was more applicable than that commonly used in European standard.Besides,the numerical example of bamboo scrimber showed that characteristic value of elastic modulus calculated by the proposed formula matched well with the theoretical derivation results.
