摘要:木门门套用异形拼接材通常由实木板材或中密度纤维板部件构成,根据门套异形产成品的截面形状,采用胶黏剂将不同材质板/方材进行部件拼接,使其截面形状尽量接近产成品形状。笔者以常见典型木门门套异形拼接材为例,对比其与矩形方材直接铣形的材料利用率,提出采用热熔胶胶黏剂进行木门门套机械化快速异形拼接与铣形的方法,并与传统采用白乳胶的手工拼接工艺进行对比,结果表明异型拼接机械化切削加工在提高材料利用率、节约人工和车间占用面积等方面具有显著优势。
Wood door frame with special stitching lines,usually using wood plank or medium density fiberboard(MDF)components to adhere by hot melt adhesive or polyvinyl acetate emulsion adhesive,according to the door profile cross section shape characteristics of finished goods(typically for L line).The paper compared and analyzed the material utilization ratio of the rectangle frame and made the typical wood door special-shaped frame line as an example,and proposed a method using the hot melt adhesive glue adhesion for solid wood or density fiberboard mechanization fast abnormity splicing.The authors further compared it with the traditional manual patchwork timber milling process with polyvinyl acetate emulsion adhesive and analyzed different splicing in the mechanical machining for improving the utilization ratio of timber,saving labor and the advantage of workshop occupying space,etc.
