摘要:[目的]揭示不同光合作用途径(C_(3)、C_(4))下6种典型沙旱生植物叶片/同化枝光合特性与结构性状、N、P含量及利用效率的关系。[方法]以乌兰布和沙漠白刺(C_(3))、花棒(C_(3))、沙冬青(C_(3))、霸王(C_(4))、沙拐枣(C_(4))、梭梭(C_(4))叶片/同化枝为对象,通过测量光合特性指标(净光合速率(A_(max))、气孔导度(G_(smax))与蒸腾速率(E_(max)))、2个结构性状指标(比叶面积(SLA)、叶干物质含量(LDMC))和叶氮含量(CUA_(N))、叶磷含量(CUA_(P))及计算利用效率,分析C_(3)和C_(4)植物叶片光合与结构性状及CUA_(N)、CUA_(P)之间的关系。[结果](1)6种植物之间的叶片光合特性指标、结构性状指标、CUA_(N)、CUA_(P)及利用效率差异显著。(2)C_(4)植物叶片的A_(max)、E_(max)、G_(smax)、CUA_(N)、CUA_(P)、光合氮利用效率(PNUE)和光合磷利用效率(PUE)均高于C_(3)植物,而C_(3)植物叶片SLA、LDMC高于C_(4)植物。两种光合作用途径下植物之间SLA差异显著(p<0.05)。(3)C_(4)植物叶片G_(smax)、A_(max)与SLA呈极显著负相关关系(p<0.01),与CUA_(N)、CUA_(P)呈显著正相关关系(p<0.05);C_(3)植物叶片G_(smax)、A_(max)与CUA_(P)和PNUE呈显著正相关关系(p<0.05)。C_(4)植物E_(max)与CUA_(N)呈显著负相关关系(p<0.05),C_(3)植物E_(max)与CUA_(P)呈极显著正相关关系(p<0.01)。[结论]C_(3)植物叶片主要与SLA、LDMC、G_(smax)和CUA_(P)紧密相关,C_(4)植物叶片主要与PNUE、CUA_(N)、CUA_(P)、A_(max)、G_(smax)和LDMC紧密相关。
[Objective]To reveal the relationships between photosynthetic characteristics,structural traits,N and P content,and their utilization efficiency of leaves/assimilatory branches in six typical xerophytic plants with different photosynthetic pathways(C_(3),C_(4)).[Method]This study focused on the leaves of Nitraria tan-gutorum Bobr(C_(3)),Hedysarum scorium(C_(3)),Ammopiptanthus mongolicus(Maxim.ex Kom.)Cheng f(C_(3)),Sarcozygium xanthoxylon Bunge(C_(4)),Calligonum mongolicum Turcz(C_(4)),and Haloxylon ammodendron(C.A.Mey.)Bunge(C_(4))in the Ulan Buh Desert.Photosynthetic characteristics including(net photosynthet-ic rate(A_(max)),stomatal conductance(G_(smax)),and transpiration rate(E_(max)))were measured alongside two structural traits(specific leaf area(SLA)and leaf dry matter content(LDMC)),leaf CUA_(N) and CUA_(P),and nutrient use efficiency.The relationships between photosynthetic traits,structural traits,and CUA_(N) and CUA_(P) were analyzed for C_(3) and C_(4) plants.[Result](1)There were significant differences in leaf photosyn-thetic characteristics,structural traits,CUA_(N) and CUA_(P),and utilization efficiency among the six plant spe-cies.(2)The A_(max),E_(max),G_(smax),CUA_(N),CUA_(P),PNUE,and PUE of C_(4) plant leaves were higher than those of C_(3) plants,while the SLA and LDMC of C_(3) plant leaves were higher than those of C_(4) plants.There were sig-nificant differences in SLA between the two photosynthesis pathways in plants(p<0.05).(3)The G_(smax) and A_(max) in C_(4) plant leaves showed a highly significant negative correlation with SLA(p<0.01),and a signi-ficant positive correlation with CUA_(N) and CUA_(P)(p<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation(p<0.05)between G_(smax),A_(max),CUA_(P),and PNUE in C_(3) plant leaves.There was a significant negative cor-relation between E_(max) and CUA_(N) in C_(4) plants(p<0.05),and a highly significant positive correlation between E_(max) and CUA_(P) in C_(3) plants(p<0.01).[Conclusion]In C_(3) plants,photosynthetic traits are mainly associ-ated with SLA,LDMC,G_(smax) and CUA_(P),while in C_(4) plants,they are mainly associated with PNUE,CUA_(P),CUA_(N),A_(max),G_(smax),and LDMC.
