摘要:为了研究广州海鸥岛红树林湿地大型底栖动物的群落结构特征,2021年6月在海鸥岛红树林湿地公园的滩涂区域设置了6个采样点开展现场调查,统计分析大型底栖动物的种类组成、多样性以及群落结构。结果表明:调查共记录大型底栖动物4门6纲30种,以软体动物为主;大型底栖动物群落的生物量和栖息密度分别为6.50—28.75 g·m^(-2)和14—57 ind·m^(-2),其中生物量和密度最大的物种均为甲壳动物;大型底栖动物群落的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数为0.92—2.82,Margalef丰富度指数为0.37—2.97,Pielou均匀度指数为0.65—0.98;红树林湿地大型底栖动物的物种数、栖息密度、生物量、生物多样性指数均高于光滩生境的。与邻近区域的红树林湿地相比,广州海鸥岛红树林湿地大型底栖动物群落的物种多样性水平较高。
In order to research the community characteristics of macrobenthos in the mangrove wetlands of Seagull Island,Guangzhou,a field survey was conducted at six sampling sites in the tidal flats of Seagull Island Mangrove Wetland Park in June 2021.The statistical analysis of the species composition,diversity,and community structure of macrobenthos was conducted using the survey data.The results showed that a total of 30 species of macrobenthos were recorded under 4 phyla and 6 classes,with mollusks being the dominant group.The biomass and habitat density of macrobenthic community were 6.50-28.75 g·m^(-2) and 14-57 ind·m^(-2),respectively,with the highest biomass and density being crustaceans.The Shannon-Wiener diversity index,Margalef richness index and Pielou evenness index of macrobenthos community were 0.92-2.82,0.37-2.97 and 0.65-0.98,respectively.The species number,habitat density,biomass and biodiversity indices of macrobenthos in mangrove wetland were higher than those in bare tidal flats.The species diversity of macrobenthic communities in Seagull Island mangrove wetland was higher compared to the mangrove wetlands in adjacent areas.
