摘要:为了探讨油松松脂内萜烯类物质与寄主抗性的关系,作者于2005年7月底,利用气相色谱对山西省沁源县太岳林局灵空山林场油松松脂组分及质量分数进行了分析。结果表明:油松松脂中的单萜类物质有α-蒎烯、莰烯、β-蒎烯、香叶烯和柠檬烯,另外还有少量的3-蒈烯和α-萜品烯,且各物质的含量受林龄、立地条件及危害程度的影响。结合红脂大小蠹发生与林龄、立地条件的关系推断,松脂内单萜类物质与油松的抗性相关;单萜总量与寄主油松抗性存在一定相关性;单萜中的β-蒎烯、香叶烯、柠檬烯也可能与寄主油松抗性存在相关性;其他单萜成分与寄主抗性的关系尚未确定。
The constituents of turpentine in Chinese pine (Pinus tabulaeformis) were analysed with GC-MS in Lingkongshan Forest Farm of Taiyue Forestry Bureau, Shanxi Province in July 2005 in order to study the resistance mechanism of Chinese pine to red turpemine beetle (Dendroctonus valens). Results show that the resin monoterpenes in the turpemine are α-pinene, camphene, β-pinene, myrcene, limonene and a small quantity of 3-carene and α-terpine. The contents of the resin monoterpenes are influenced by forest age, site condition and damage degree. The terpene composition and content have important effects on the resistance of Chinese pine to the beetles. The total amount of monoterpenes is correlated with the resistance, and β-pinene, myrcene and limonene may also be related to the resistance, while other monoterpenes are uncertain.
