摘要:采用X射线线阵传感器对门扇标准样块进行扫描,检测X射线透过门扇后的强度差异,并采用噪声去除、非线性灰度变换、形态学处理等技术进行图像处理。结果表明,X射线成像技术可识别门扇内部常用材料种类(实木、纤维板、刨花板、空心刨花板、蜂窝纸等)和结构特征,实现饰面后木门产品的无损检测,提高检测效率。
An x-ray linear array transducer was used to scan standard samples of wooden doors and the radiation intensity changes were detected. Noise removing, non-linear gray transformation and morphological processing techniques were also used. The results showed that X-ray imaging technology could be used to identify internal material types, such as solid wood, fiberboard, particleboard, hollow particle board and honeycomb paper, etc, as well as structural characteristics of wooden door leaves. The technology can realize nondestructive testing of wooden door products, which not only saves timber resources, but also improves quality detection efficiency.
