摘要：从政府作用角度入手,介绍了喀麦隆森林认证的发展尤其是组织机构和认证标准的形成,总结了喀麦隆政府在参与森林认证过程中存在的问题和发展潜力。文中认为,中国应该发展以政府为主导的森林认证,在能力建设和参与态度等方面吸取喀麦隆的经验教训。
This paper introduces the development of forest certification in Cameroon from the government and its policy, especially the forming process of organizations and standards. It summarizes problems and potentials during the Cameroon＇ s government taking part in forest certification. It is suggested that Chinese government should lead forest certification in China and learn form the development of Cameroon＇ s certification in capability construction and attitude.
