摘要：采用正交试验方法进行花楸树嫩枝扦插试验,研究不同基质、激素、激素浓度以及不同母树年龄对嫩枝插穗成活的影响,测定了生根率以及根长、根表面积、根平均直径、根体积、鲜根重等根部形态性状指标并进行了统计分析。结果表明:花楸树嫩枝扦插最优组合为选取3年生母树的嫩枝插穗,在珍珠岩、草炭和蛭石等体积混合的基质中,以2 200 mg/kg的NAA为外源激素采用速蘸扦插可以显著提高生根率,生根率最高达到89.66%,并且该组合对花楸树生根后期的根部的生长发育也起到显著的促进作用。
Experiment on cutting propagation of Sorbus pohuashanensis was carried out by using an orthogonal design with treatments of different medium, types of hormone, concentration of hormone and age of mother tree. Survival rate, length of root, surface area of root, average diameter of root, volume of root, number of roots and root fresh weight were measured for analysis. The result indicated that the cutting from mother trees at three years of age with application of 2 200 mg/kg NAA was the best treatment for rooting （rooting rate of 89.66%） and for root growth.
