摘要:对生长在相同盐份条件下的田菁、星星草、碱篷、芦苇、苦苣菜和狼尾草地上部分、根部的含水量、Na+、K+含量及生物量进行了比较。结果表明:碱篷、田菁、狼尾草、芦苇和星星草在不同生长期表现出了较强的适盐性;碱篷根部具有较强的输送Na+和K+的能力;田菁地上部和地下部具有较高的含水量,其根部截留Na+和K+的能力较强;狼尾草根部生物量较大,且具有较强的截留Na+的能力;芦苇地上部分和根部均可积累大量的Na+量;星星草能保持相对稳定的含水率,生长后期含水率呈上升趋势,绿期较长。因此,可利用这些植物进行筛选及优化配置,更好地适应当地水土条件,促进湿地生态系统恢复和湿地生态建设。
Water contents, Na+ and K+ contents and biomass of 6 plantspecies in the same salt conditions were compared. Suacda galauca. Scsbania cannabiha, Pennisetum alopecuroides, Phragmites austrah's and Puccinellia showed showed strongcr salt adaptation in diffcrcnt growing seasons. Among them, Suaeda glauca displayed a strongcr ability to transport Na+ and K+ in roots. Sesbania cannabina had higher water content in both aboveground and underground parts, and stronger capacity of interceptin+ Na+ and K+ in its roots. Pcnnisctuma/opecuroides had greater biomass and stronger capacity of intercepting more NaT In the process of growth, Phragmitcs australis were able to accumulate large amounts ofNa+ both in its aboveground part and roots. puccinellia tenuifolia had a longer green period and maintained a stable moisture content which tends to rise in late growth stage. Therefore, the 3 plant species can be further screened and optimized to adapt to local soil and water conditions, promoting the wetland restoration and ecological construction.
