摘要:目的对肿节石斛(Dendrobium pendulum Roxb.)茎、叶、花进行定性和定量研究。方法采用超高效液相色谱四极杆串联飞行时间质谱联用法(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)技术,采用甲酸-乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱,ESI,质量扫描范围:m/z 50~1000。结果分别鉴定为dendrocandin L(1)、芦丁(2)、金丝桃苷(3)、densiflorol A(4)、5-[2-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)乙基]-1,3-苯二酚(5)、芹菜素(6)、柚皮素(7)、3-[(E)-2-(5-羟基-3-甲氧基-1-环己-2,4-二烯基)乙烯基]-2,6-二甲氧基苯酚(8)、longicornuol A(9)、aloifol I(10)、coelonin(11)、isomoniliformine A(12)、denchryside A(13),包含联苄、黄酮、菲类、联菲等。肿节石斛花中以联苄类成分为主,叶中芦丁含量高达23.498μg·g^(-1)。结论3-[(E)-2-(5-羟基-3-甲氧基-1-环己-2,4-二烯基)乙烯基]-2,6-二甲氧基苯酚为首次在兰科植物中分离得到;除芦丁外,12个成分均为首次从肿节石斛中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the stems,leaves and flowers from Dendrobium pendulum Roxb qualitatively and quantitatively by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS.METHODS Formic acid and acetonitrile were used as mobile phase and gradient elution was conducted.ESI was used,and mass scanning was performed in the range of m/z 50-1000.RESULTS Thirteen components were isolated.They were identified as dendrocandin L(1),rutin(2),hyperoside(3),densiflorol A(4),tristin(5),apigenin(6),naringenin(7),cannabistilbeneⅡ(8),longicornuol A(9),aloifol I(10),coelonin(11),isomoniliformine A(12),denchryside A(13),including bibenzyls,flavonoids,phenanthrene,biphenanthrene,etc.The contents of bibenzyls in the flowers of D.pendulum were higher than those in the stems and leaves,and the contents of flavonoids in the leaves were higher with rutin of 23.498μg·g^(-1).CONCLUSION CannabistilbeneⅡis isolated from Orchidaceae for the first time,and 12 components are obtained in D.pendulum for the first time.
