摘要:为给蓄能器在连续压机钢带张紧液压系统中的应用提供理论参考,利用AMESim仿真软件分析蓄能器主要参数对液压系统稳定性的影响。结果表明,蓄能器能够有效减小连续压机钢带张紧液压系统的压力冲击,适当的预充气压力和连接管路直径,可以保证液压系统的快速响应和稳定。现场测试数据证明,在蓄能器预充气压力为16 MPa、连接管路直径为20 mm的条件下,钢带张紧液压系统的压力值稳定,运行可靠,有效地保证了人造板连续压机的稳定生产。
In order to provide theoretical references for the application of the accumulator in steel belt tension hydraulic system of continuous-presses,the effect of main parameters of the accumulator on the stability of the hydraulic system was analyzed by using AMESim simulation software.The results showed that the accumulator reduced the pressure impact of steel belt tension hydraulic system of continuous-presses.The appropriate pre-charge pressure and the optimum size of connecting pipe diameter enabled rapid responses and effective stabilities of the hydraulic system.The experiment data proved that the pressure value of steel belt tension hydraulic system was stable,and the synchronous accuracy of tension cylinders on both sides met the technical requirements of continuous-presses,when the pre-charge pressure of the accumulator was 16 MPa,and the connecting pipe diameter was 20 mm.
