摘要：为研究南亚松优良种源和家系的筛选问题,对引种5个月生4个种源91个南亚松优株家系苗期生长指标进行测定和分析。采用嵌套式数据分析方法进行方差分析,结果表明:种源和家系间发芽率和地径均具有显著性差异;家系间高径比差异显著;种源间苗高达显著性差异。采用聚类分析方法筛选出11个表现相对优良家系,发现1个生长变异较大家系T36,并探讨了聚类分类结果与种源分类间关联性。
In order to study the growth superiority of the fine family and provenance of Pinus latteri, 91 familiesof 4 provenances of P. latteri introduced were investigated in the seeding stage. The seedling height, grounddiameter, germination and height-to-diameter ratio of P. latteri were tested. Family and provenance hadsignificant effect on germination rate and ground diameter, the family had significant effect on height-to-diameter ratio, the provenance had significant effect on seedling height. 11 superior families were selected,Family T36 with very significant growth variation was found and the relevance between clustering classificationandprovenance was studied by using the method of cluster analysis.
