摘要:学位点评估指标体系是评估的执行抓手。该文通过对比普通高等学校与科研机构学位点自我评估工作的差异,构建中国林业科学研究院学位点自我评估指标体系,使指标体系具有突出办学优势、尊重培养过程、强调行业特征等特点,并提出树立战略化发展目标、建立类别化理念、形成常规性工作的学位点自我评估指标体系完善建议。
The evaluation index system of academic degrees is the starting point for evaluation.This paper compares the difference in the self-evaluation of academic degrees between ordinary colleges and universities and scientific research institutions,and builds a self-evaluation index system for the academic degrees of China Academy of Forestry Science.The index system is characterized by highlighting school-running characteristics,respecting training process,and emphasizing industrial characteristics.It also suggestions for improving the system,such as establishing strategic development goals,building classification concepts,and forming regular work.
