摘要:用高温处理的杨木单板与HDPE薄膜制备木塑复合胶合板,考察处理温度对木塑复合胶合板性能的影响,并通过红外光谱、表面接触角等分析其作用机理。结果表明:杨木单板经130-200℃处理后,表面的亲水性降低,与HDPE薄膜界面的相容性改善,有效地提高了木塑复合胶合板的胶合强度和耐水性能;但高温处理导致单板自身强度降低,木塑复合胶合板的静曲强度和弹性模量降低。处理温度为160℃时,木塑复合胶合板的综合性能最佳。
Poplar veneers were treated in the oven under different temperatures before high density polyethylene (HDPE) film was applied to them to manufacture plywood. The effects of treating temperatures on the physical-mechanical properties of wood-plastic plywood were investigated and the mechanism was studied by infrared spectroscopy and contact angle analysis. Results showed that the hydrophilicity decreased when poplar veneers were treated between 130 and 200 ~C, which effectively improved interfaeial compatibility with HDPE films and greatly improved the shear strength and water resistance of the plywood. However, because of the depolymerization of the veneers, both plywood MOR and MOE decreased after treatment. The optimum comprehensive properties of the plywood could be obtained when poplar veneers were treated at 160 ℃ in the oven.
