摘要：生态环境建设是我国西部大开发的两大基本策略之一。如果忽略生态 ,那么西部开发的所有设想都将是一纸空文。沙漠化防治是西北地区生态环境建设的关键 ,是实现该区域社会经济可持续发展的前提。文中首先讨论了选择沙漠化防治技术的原则 ,然后分析、比较了我国沙漠化防治的几种理论 ,在此基础上回顾了我国西北地区生态建设的技术体系 ,包括流沙治理、防护林营建、盐碱地改造、铁路公路防护。最后简要论述了沙尘暴的防治策略。
Desertification combating is the key component of environmental improvement in northwestern China,which is among the basic strategies in the West Development of China.In this paper,the principles of technique selection to combat desertification are provided.The relevant theories and technologies are reviewed,including techniques for fixation of shift dune,establishment of windbreak forest,improvement of salt land,protection of highway and railway,etc. The strategies for controlling sandstorm are discussed.
