摘要：研究了激素种类、浓度、扦插基质、插条类型、生根时间和扦插季节对印楝扦插成活率的影响，结果表明：在云南3～5月印楝扦插成活率较高，其中以3月中下旬扦插效果最好；插条类型以1年生木质化枝最佳，扦插基质以河沙为好；经IBA处理的插穗成活率及生根时间均优于ABT1生根粉和2,4-D，该3种试验激素的最佳处理浓度均为1000mg／L。
Experiment on effect of different hormones and concentration, cutting mediums, cutting types, rooting time and cutting season resulted that the survival rate of cutting was high from March to May, especially from the middle ten-day to the last ten-day of March. One year branch and river-sand was the best for cutting and medium. Survival rate and rooting of cuttings treated by IBA had better effect than that treated by ABT1# and 2,4-D. The best treatment concentration of 3 tested hormones was 1000 mgL- 1.
