摘要:选择了福建人工林杉木作为试验对象,将其锯截为470根截面尺寸为45 mm×90 mm的规格材,并干燥至目标含水率12%(质量分数).规格材先进行目测分等,然后依次利用超声波、纵向振动、横向振动和弯曲方法按照给定的机械强度等级表对规格材进行分等.结果表明,不同的分等方法对规格材的特征值、等级分布和产量都有明显的影响.虽然横向振动分等方法生产的人工林杉木规格材价值相对低,但它是一种较为精确的分等方法.各等级的大小顺序依次是C3,Ⅰc,C2,Ⅱc,Ⅲc,C1.对于我国人工林杉木来讲,规格材通过机械强度分等获取的价值高于目测分等材.
In the paper, logs of Chinese fir plantation from Fujian province of China were felled. These logs were cut into 470 pieces of dimension lumber of 45 mm by 90 mm and dried to a targeting moisture content of 12%. Then each piece was first visual graded and then graded respectively by ultrasonic wave, longitudinal vibration, transversal vibration and bending methods according to the suggested mechanical grading table. Different grading methods have obvious effects on characteristic values, grade distribution and yield of dimension lumber. The transversal vibration method seems to be more precise grading method though it produces the low value of Chinese fir. C3 should be greater than Ⅰc, following by C2, Ⅱ c, Ⅲc and C1 for visual grades and mechanical strength grades for Chinese fir lumber. MSR lumber from Chinese fir plantation may offer a higher value alternative to the production of visually graded lumber.
