摘要:以吡啶为溶剂、4-二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP)为催化剂,采用桐酸酰氯(EACl)对杨木纤维(PWF)表面接枝改性。研究了反应物料配比、反应温度、反应时间及催化剂用量对杨木纤维改性反应的影响,并通过接触角测量、元素分析、红外光谱(FT-IR)及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征了改性杨木纤维的结构与性能。实验结果表明:以EACl与PWF活性羟基摩尔比4∶1,催化剂DMAP用量为杨木纤维质量的1%,反应温度80℃,反应时间6 h制备的桐酸接枝改性杨木纤维的质量增加率(W)为130%;改性后杨木纤维的疏水性增强。
Graft modification was carried out on the surface of poplar wood fiber(PWF) by eleostearic acid chloride(EACl) with 4-dimethylaminopyridine(DMAP) as catalyst in pyridine.The effects of material ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time and catalyst dosage on the reaction were investigated.Chemical structure and properties of modified poplar wood fiber were characterized by contact angle measurement,elemental analysis,fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).It was shown from the results that the weight percent gain(W) of eleostearic acid modified PWF was 130% when EACl reacted with PWF in molar ratio of EACl to the active hydroxyl group of PWF 4∶1 at 80℃ for 6h in the catalyst of DMAP(1% of PWF by weight),and the hydrophobicity of modified PWF was improved.
