摘要:【目的】为了提高沙棘扦插育苗的成活率,本试验采用ABT1和S-ABA两种生根粉对沙棘进行嫩枝扦插育苗试验研究,筛选出最适生根粉种类和浓度,旨在为沙棘的扦插育苗技术提供理论依据。【方法】本试验以沙棘为材料进行嫩枝扦插,通过3种不同浓度(100、200、400 mg·L^-1)S-ABA生根粉和10000 mg·L^-1浓度ABT1生根粉处理,结合4种时间梯度(速蘸、4、8、12 h)来研究生根粉对沙棘成活率、平均生根率及平均生根量的影响。【结果】主要结果如下:(1)S-ABA在200 mg·L^-1浓度下成活率、平均生根率和平均生根量最高,ABT1在10000 mg·L^-1浓度下成活率最高,二者无显著差异。(2)S-ABA与ABT1成活率均在4 h处理下表现最好,二者无显著差异。(3)综合生根粉浓度和浸泡时间两个因素,S-ABA在200 mg·L^-1浓度4 h浸泡时间处理下沙棘扦插成活率及生根情况表现最好,ABT110000mg·L^-1浓度4 h处理下沙棘扦插成活率及生根情况表现最好。【结论】可以将200 mg·L^-1浓度的S-ABA生根粉与10000 mg·L^-1浓度的ABT1生根粉替换使用,可明显提高沙棘生根率和生根量。随生根粉浓度的升高以及浸泡时间的增加,沙棘成活率、平均生根率和平均生根量均表现出先升高后降低趋势,主要原因是由于萘乙酸和苯氧化合物的作用,高浓度的萘乙酸和苯氧化合物会抑制发育,易造成植物伤害。
【Objective】In order to improve the survival rate of Hippophae rhamnoides cutting seedlings,this experiment used ABT1 and S-ABA two rooting powders to carry out the twig cutting seedling breeding test of Hippophae rhamnoides,and screened out the most suitable rooting powder type and concentration,aiming to provide theoretical basis for the Hippophae rhamnoides cutting seedling technology.【Method】Based on the twig cutting on Hippophae rhamnoides as material,through three different concentrations(100,200,400 mg·L^-1)S-ABA and concentration of 10000 mg·L^-1 ABT1 treatments,combined with four time gradient(Dip in speed,4 h,8 h,12 h)to study the root powder to Hippophae rhamnoides average survival rate,average rooting rate and root quantity.【Result】The main results are as follows:(1)Average survival rate,average rooting rate and root quantity in 200 mg·L^-1concentration of S-ABA was the highest,and survival rate in the concentration of 10000 mg·L^-1 ABT1 was the highest,no significant differences between the two treatments.(2)The survival rate of S-ABA and ABT1 was the best under 4 h treatment,and there was no significant difference between them.(3)Comprehensive the combination of rooting powder concentration and soaking time,S-ABA had the best survival rate and rooting condition when treated with 200 mg·L^-1and 4 h soaking time.At the same time,the survival rate and rooting performance of ABT110000 mg·L^-1 and 4 h treatment was the best.【Conclusion】Therefore,S-ABA rooting powder at a concentration of 200 mg·L^-1 can be replaced with ABT1 rooting powder at a concentration of 10000 mg·L^-1,which can significantly increase the rooting rate and rooting quantity of Hippophae rhamnoides.At the same time,the experiment also found that with the increase of rooting powder concentration and the increase of soaking time,the survival rate,average rooting rate and average rooting of Hippophae rhamnoides showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing,the main reason is the effect of NAA and phenoxy compounds.High concentrations of NAA and phenoxy compounds can inhibit development and easily cause plant damage.
