摘要:光肩星天牛Anoplophora glabripennis是我国广泛分布且危害严重的林木蛀干害虫,尤其对“三北”防护林工程构成重大生物威胁。该虫生活隐蔽,防治难度大,传统化学防治效果有限且易导致环境污染。近些年来,围绕光肩星天牛的监测与绿色防控技术研究取得显著进展。本文综述了近些年针对该害虫的监测技术研究进展、以生物防治为主的绿色防控技术前沿成果及其他防控新理念:在监测方面,已形成包括检疫检验、人工与视觉监测、诱捕技术、声学检测及分子生物学鉴定在内的多维度监测技术体系,显著提升了虫情发现的精准性与时效性;在防控方面,以生物防治为核心,广泛应用花绒寄甲Dastarcus helophoroides、肿腿蜂类及蒲螨等天敌昆虫,结合树种混交、诱饵树配置等生态调控措施,实现了对光肩星天牛种群的有效控制与持续抑制。尽管现有技术已在实际防治中取得良好成效并逐步推广,但仍存在监测手段受环境干扰大、天敌林间防控效果不稳定等问题,亟待进一步研究与优化。本文同时总结了现有技术的局限性,并对未来研究方向进行了展望,以期为光肩星天牛的可持续治理提供参考。
The Asian longhorned beetle,Anoplophora glabripennis(Coleoptera:Cerambycidae),is a widely distributed and highly destructive wood-boring pest in China,posing a significant biological threat to the"Three-North Shelterbelt Program".Due to its cryptic lifestyle,controlling this pest is challenging,and traditional chemical control methods have limited efficacy while often causing environmental pollution.In recent years,significant progress has been made in researches on monitoring and green control technologies for A.glabripennis.This paper reviews recent advances in monitoring techniques,frontier achievements in green control technologies centered on biological control,and other innovative control concepts.In terms of monitoring,a multi-dimensional technical system has been established,including quarantine inspection,manual and visual monitoring,trapping techniques,acoustic detection,and molecular biology identification,significantly improving the accuracy and timeliness of pest detection.For control,biological control serves as the core strategy,with extensive application of natural enemies such as Dastarcus helophoroides,parasitic wasps like Sclerodermus spp.,and Pyemotes mites.Combined with ecological regulation measures such as mixed-species afforestation and the deployment of trap trees,effective and sustainable suppression of A.glabripennis populations has been achieved.Although existing technologies have demonstrated good results in practical applications and are gradually being promoted,challenges remain,such as the susceptibility of monitoring methods to environmental interference and the inconsistent field performance of natural enemies.These issues require further research and optimization.This paper also summarizes the limitations of current technologies and provides prospects for future research directions,aiming to offer references for the sustainable management of A.glabripennis.
