摘要:以4.5、6.0 mm厚速生杨木、桉木单板为原料,制备单板层积材(LVL),讨论涂胶量对板材物理力学性能的影响。结果表明:在涂胶量为200 g/m^2时,单板层积材的各项强度指标均达到GB/T 20241-2006《单板层积材》中不同等级的要求;LVL可用作包装材料而无需熏蒸处理,应用前景广阔。
4.5 to 6.0 mm thick veneers, made from fast-growing poplar and eucalyptus, were used to manufacture laminated veneer lumber(LVL), and then the properties of the LVL samples were evaluated.The results showed that when the veneer glue spread was greater than 200 g/m^2, the modulus of rupture(MOR), modulus of elasticity(MOE) and horizontal shear strength(HSS) of LVL met the specifications of the National standard GB/T 20241-2006, and could be used for packaging materials.
