摘要:在青海省柴达木盆地选择6个重要的唐古特白刺分布区域,通过测定不同白刺居群的叶片营养元素、土壤养分含量和叶片碳同位素组成δ13 C,对比不同白刺居群间的叶片δ13 C特征差异,并分析白刺叶片δ13 C与地理位置信息及叶片营养和土壤养分含量指标的关系。结果显示:(1)白刺居群间叶片δ13 C存在显著空间变异性,其叶片δ13 C变化范围在-25.47‰^-27.66‰之间,平均为-26.66‰。(2)纬度、经度和海拔是白刺叶片δ13 C重要影响因子,白刺叶片δ13 C与纬度、经度和海拔分别呈极显著负相关,正相关和正相关关系(n=10)。(3)白刺叶片δ13 C与叶片有机C含量、N、P、K含量总体均呈负相关关系,但仅叶片有机C含量达到极显著水平(n=30),其余均未达到显著性水平(n=30)。(4)叶片δ13 C与表层土壤(0~15cm)有机质、全N、速效K含量呈极显著负相关关系(n=30),与全P、碱解N和有效P含量呈显著负相关关系(n=30),并与15~30cm土壤有机质和全N含量显著负相关(n=30),但叶片δ13 C与30~45cm土壤各化学指标相关性均不显著(n=30)。研究表明,环境因子纬度、经度、海拔,叶片有机C含量,以及立地土壤全N、全P、碱解N、有效P、速效K含量的变化均显著影响柴达木盆地唐古特白刺居群叶片δ13 C值。
Abstract: In this study, 10 Nitraria tangutorum populations in six important N. tangutorum distribution areas in Tsaidam Basin were selected as research objeets~ to make a comparison on the differences in leaf δ13C characteristics of different N, tangutorum populations and analysis the correlations between leaf δ13C and nutrients contents in leaf and soi|~by measuring their leaδ13C, leaf nutrients,organic carbon (C), ni- trogen (N), phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) contents and soil nutrients, pH, organic matter (OM), to- tal nitrogen(N), total phosphorus(P), total potassium(K), hydrolysis N, available P and available K con- tents. The results showed that : (1) there was a significant difference in leaf ~13 C between different N. tan- gutorum populations, leaf 913 C varied from -- 27. 66~0 tO -- 25. 47X0, and their leaf average ~la C was --26.66O/ooo. (2)Leaf ~13C showed a extremely significant negative correlation with latitude, positive correla- tion with longitude and positive correlation with altitude respectively (n= 10), thus latitude,longitude and altitude were important factors for leaf ~13C. (3)Leaf ~t3C showed a negative correlation with leaf N,P and K contents,but this correlation was not significant (n= 30), whereas leaf ~3C had a extremely significant correlation with leaf organic C content (n=30). (4)Leaf ~3C showed a extremely significant negative cor- relation between OM,total N and available K contents in surface soil (0~15 cm) (n=30) and a significant negative correlation between total P, hydrolysis N and available P in surface soil (0~ 15 cm)(n= 30) re- spectively. In addition,leaf ~3C was extremely significantly correlated with OM and total N content in soil (15~30 cm) ,but it had no significant correlation with nutrients content in soil (30~45 cm). In general, latitude, longitude, altitude, leaf organic C content, soil total N, total P, hydrolysis N, available P and availa- ble K contents all had significant influence on ~13C in leaf of N. tangutorum.
