摘要:研究表明,生物机械制浆(BioMP)废水的污染负荷只有其它高得率浆(CMP,CTMP)废水污染负荷的1/3~1/2。用活性污泥法处理BioMP废水,只要较短的水力停留时间(3~4h)即可去除79%的COD和98%的BOD。紫外分光光度研究表明,处理后的BioMP废水的木质素含量降至处理前的36%。BioMP废水污染负荷低,毒性小且具有良好的可生物处理性。
Experimental results showed that pollutant charge of effluent of biomechanical pulp was only one third to one half of that of other kinds of high yield pulps (CMP) or CTMP. When Bio MP effluent was treated with activated sludge method, only a short hydraulic retention time (HRT=3~4 h) was required to remove 79 % COD cr and 98 % BOD 5. Study on ultraviolet spectroscopy showed that lignin removal of the effluent was 64 %. The effluent of biomechanical pulp had low pollutant charge, low toxicity and good disposability.
