摘要:以云南野生黄牡丹为材料,通过特征显色反应、紫外—可见光谱扫描及高效液相色谱—质谱技术(HPLC-MS)对其花瓣中的色素成分进行了初步分析和鉴定。结果表明,黄牡丹花色素的组成包括类黄酮和叶绿素两大类,其中类黄酮类色素主要为查耳酮和黄酮、黄酮醇的混合物,包括2',4'6,'4,-四羟基查耳酮(2',4',6',4-tetrapydroxychalcone,THC)的2'-葡萄糖苷即异杞柳苷(isosalipurposideI,SP)及山奈酚、槲皮素、异鼠李素、金圣草黄素、芹菜素葡糖苷等。同时,基于花色素的组成信息,探讨了牡丹黄色花育种的策略,为黄牡丹花色素成分的进一步分离和鉴定奠定了基础,并为牡丹黄色花形成机理及黄色花育种的研究提供了理论参考。
Petal pigment composition of Paeonia lutea wild population in Yunnan was primarily investigated and identified by use of specific color reactions, UV-visible spectra and high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC- MS). Results indicate that flower pigments of P. lutea consist of flavonoids and chlorophyll; the main flavonoid pigments are the compound of chaleone, flavones and flavonoids including the 2′-glucoside of 2′, 4′, 6′, 4-tetrapydroxyehalcone (THC)-isosalipurposide (ISP), as well as kaempferol, quereetin, isorhamnetin, chrysoeriol and apigenin. Meanwhile, the floral color breeding strategies for the cultivars with yellow flowers were discussed based on the pigment composition of P. lutea.
