摘要:木质素是地球上数量仅次于纤维素的有机物,在植物生长发育中具有重要的生物学功能,也是生物质能源的来源之一,但在制浆造纸过程中,将木材原料中木质素与纤维素分离,不仅能耗高,成本高,而且废弃物还污染环境。林木木质素改良对于提高纸浆得率和质量、降低造纸经济成本以及环境保护,都具有重要意义。文中介绍了木质素生物合成途径及其基因调控的研究进展,此外,还介绍了木质素生物合成基因调控的研究趋势,主要是木质素特异性启动子、双价和多基因结构的共抑制以及转录因子的调控。
Lignin is, second to eeUulose, the most abundant organic compound in the terrestnal biosphere. With important biological function in the growth and development of plant, lignin is one kind of major biomass. The removal of lignin in paper manufacture is not only an energy-requiring and high-cost process, but its residue would cause pollution to environment. For the paper industry and the environment, it would be beneficial to process and improve trees with less lignin or with lignin that is more easily extractable. Significant advances have been made in manipulation and modifiction of lignin biosynth modify esis pathway with genetic engineering in order to control lignin content, lignin composition for easier extractability. Transgentic plants with modified hgnin biosynthesis have provided new insight into further understanding thesis pathway, and its genetic tional lignin pathway would be scription factors and so on. of lignificafion, lignin construct and biosynregulation. Prospects of manipulation of genes involed in the convenseveral constructs and transcription factors and so on.
