摘要:研究了生物质原料酸水解副产物甲酸、乙酸、糠醛等对耐高温酿酒酵母发酵性能的影响。结果表明:耐高温酿酒酵母可耐受甲酸、乙酸、糠醛的最大质量浓度分别为2.0、5.0、8.0 g/L;生物量和甲酸质量浓度(0~3.0 g/L)几乎表现为线性关系,且随甲酸质量浓度增大而下降。3种抑制剂对耐高温酿酒酵母发酵生产燃料乙醇的抑制性由大到小依次为甲酸、乙酸、糠醛;欲提高水解液发酵制取乙醇得率,则必须尽量降低抑制剂的含量,尤其是甲酸的含量。
The effects of by-products from acid hydrolysis of biomass, such as formic acid, acetic acid and furfural, on ethanol fermentation of thermotolerant Saccharomyces cerevisiae were studied. Results showed that the maximum inhibitor-tolerating mass concentrations of thermotolerant S. cerevisiae were formic acid 2.0 g/L, acetic acid 5.0 g/L and furfural 8.0 g/L, respectively. Biomass yield and formic acid mass concentration ( 0 - 3.0 g/L ) almost presented a linear relationship. Inhibition effect was decreased in the order of formic acid, acetic acid and furfural. To improve the ethanol yield of hydrolysate fermentation, inhibitor content should be minimized as much as possible, especially formic acid.
