摘要:为给珍贵材加工利用提供透明涂饰工艺基础数据,采用聚氨酯漆、丙烯酸水性漆和大漆,研究了木荷、鹅掌楸和银杏木材表面透明涂饰色度学参数变化。结果表明同一种涂料涂饰木材漆膜色度学参数变化规律类似,色差值变化根据树种不同变幅存在差异,聚氨酯涂饰后光泽度变化规律不明显,丙烯酸水性漆和大漆涂饰后光泽度均呈增加趋势,在涂料选择及涂饰工艺中应注意树种变化引起的差异。
In order to provide coating parameter for processing application of precious woods, change of painting chromaticity of Schimasuperba, Liriodendron Chinense and Ginkgo biloba were studied by polyurethane varnish, acrylic lacquer and polymerized Chinese lacquer. The results show that the variation trend of painting chromaticity was similar after painting the same coating. Change of color difference was different if the tree species change. Glossiness variation trend was not obviousafter painting with polyurethane varnish, but it showed that it increased trend painting with acrylic lacquer and polymerized Chinese lacquer, noticing the different from varieties of wood while choosing coating and processing.
