摘要:对48个木麻黄无性系的生长和抗逆性进行了对比试验,初步选择出速生的无性系莆20、惠12、惠77、粤A1、粤杂交、粤A8-2、粤A13、惠65、湛江3和湛江2等10个;选择出对该地区适应性(保存率)高的无性系粤A14、东山2、惠58、惠78、惠98、粤杂交、粤701-2、惠83、惠95、粤南山7等10个;选择出抗虫的无性系粤A14、惠76、粤A8-2、平潭2、粤南山8、抗风、抗1、抗3、惠13、龙7-18等10个;选择出抗风的无性系惠58、惠98、粤A14、龙7-18、惠13、惠2、粤南山7、抗8、粤A1-3、龙4等10个。通过相关性分析,结果表明,胸径和抗风性间无显著的相关关系;保存率和虫害率存在极显著的负相关关系,而和抗风性存在显著的正相关关系,说明虫害和风倒是影响无性系保存率的重要因素。
In order to meet the needs of superior clones for Casuar/na shelterbelt and industrial raw materials plantation purposes in coastal areas of Fujian Province, a clonal test and comparative experiment involved with 48 candidate clones were conducted in Chihu Forest Farm, Hui'an County, Fujian. Based on analyses and comparisons of growth, survival rates, pest damage rates and wind-resistance of 3-year-old clones, 10 fast-growing clones were selected, viz. Pu20, Huil2, Hui77, YueA1, Yue-hybrid, YueA8-2, YueAl3, Hui65, Zhanjiang3 and Zhanjiang2. Ten high adaptability (higher survival rates) clones were selected, viz. YueA14, Dongshan2, Hui.58, Hui78, Hui98, Yue-hybird, YueT01-2, Hui83, Hui95, Yuenanshan7. Ten pest-resistance clones, namely YueAl4, Hui76, YueA8-2, Pingtan2, Yuenanshan8, Kangfeng, Kangl, Kang3, Huil3, Long7-18 were selected. Taking advantage of the attack of typhoon ' MERANTI' , 10 wind-resistance clones, viz. Hui.58, Hui98, YueAl4, LongT-18, Hui13, Hui2, YuenanshanT, Kang8, YueA1-3, Long4 were selected. In addition, according to correlation analyses of 5 measurement parameters, there was not significant correlation between DBH ( diameter at breast height) and wind-resistance in Casuar/na clones, and very significant negative correlation and significant positive correlation were found between survival rates and pest damage rates, survival rates and wind-resistant abilities respectively. It implies that pest destruction and wind damage exert key effects on survival rates of Casuar/na clones.
