摘要:聚丙烯酰胺是一种水溶性高分子材料,在水处理、石油开采工业、造纸、生物医药等领域都有广泛的应用。传统制备聚丙烯酰胺的方法,有水溶液聚合、反相乳液聚合、反相微乳液聚合、分散聚合等。近年来发展的一些新兴聚合技术也成功应用于聚丙烯酰胺的制备,如辐射聚合、活性/可控聚合等。文中综述了聚丙烯酰胺的合成方法,并对其生产工艺、理论研究以及潜在的应用等进行了展望。
Polyacrylamide is a water soluble material and has a wide application in the field of water treatment, oil exploitation, paper making industry, biological medicine and so on. The traditional polymerization methods of polyacrylamide included aqueous solution polymerization, inverse emulsion polymerization, inverse microemulsion polymerization and dispersion polymerization. Some new polymeri'zation technology technologies developed in recent years, such as radiation polymerization, controlled/living free-radical polymerization, ere, were also successfully applied in the polymerization of polyacrylamide. In this paper, the progress on synthesis methods and applications of polyacrylamide were reviewed and the further research, production technology, theoretical research and potential application of polyacrylamide were prospected.
