摘要:以水热控制法对人工林毛白杨木材进行间歇式压缩,获得表层密度1.0 g/cm^3、芯部密度基本不变的表层压缩木;再在常压和0.3 MPa压力下,分别对表层压缩木材进行热处理,检测热处理后木材的变形回弹率。结果表明,随着热处理温度升高,表层压缩木材变形回弹率呈降低趋势;加压热处理比常压热处理,对表层压缩木材的变形固定效果更优。200℃、0.3 MPa加压热处理,能够使杨木压缩材的厚度变化率降低67.38%。
Poplar specimens(Populus tomentosa)from plantation grown trees were intermittently pressed by a hydro-thermal method to make surface compressed wood.The surface density of the wood was 1.0 g/cm3 with unchanged inner density.The surface compressed wood was then treated with 0.3 MPa of pressurized steam and normal pressure steam, respectively.It showed that the spring ratio of compressive deformation of the wood decreased as treating temperature increased and that the wood treated with pressurized steam performed better than the wood treated with normal pressure steam as far as fixation of compressive deformation was concerned.The thickness change of the wood could be decreased by 67.38% by treatment under 200 ℃ and 0.3 MPa pressure.
