摘要：山核桃产业是浙江省名特优经济林果业中较为引人注目的一大产业。然而,目前的山核桃生产、加工和销售中还存在盲目性及无序的竞争,难以满足山核桃产业可持续发展的要求。本文以山核桃主产区临安市为研究对象,以该产业发展的组织保障体系为研究重点,在对山核桃产业发展的组织需求进行分析的基础上,构建一套适合山核桃产业发展的组织体系,以促进该产业的可持续发展。
Hickory industry is one of major special cash forest industries in Zhejing Province.At present,there is blindness and out of order competition in the production,processing and selling of hickory,which could not meet the needs on the sustainable development.Based on the investigation on the situation,this paper analyzed the types,function,and gap on the existing organization of hickory industry development in Lin'an City.A new organization system on the hickory industry was also proposed.
