摘要：日本从2006年4月开始实施木材绿色采购政策。作为木材进口大国,该项政策的实施对于木材供应国和加工国都有巨大影响。文中介绍了该项政策制定的国际国内背景、政策内容和执行情况,分析了其存在的问题及借鉴意义。
In April of 2006, Japan began to implement the government timber procurement policy. As one of the largest timber importing country, this procurement policy has deeply influenced on the timber and forest based production producing and processing countries. This article focuses on the analysis of the policy making domestic and abroad background, the policy content, the accomplishment and the problems existed in the policy, then gives some suggestions to China government timber procurement policy.
