摘要：介绍了人造板胶粘剂热压固化的现场介电监测技术原理与组成,突出展示了叉指电极传感器与LCR数字电桥测量仪的技术要点。该技术将有助于改进现有胶粘剂配方,优化热压工艺曲线。
The paper introduced the principle and system of the in-situ cure monitoring technique of wood-based panel hot-pressing.It has mainly mentioned the technical points of interdigital sensors and usage of the digital LCR meter.The technique will conduce to develop the adhesive formulation and optimize the hot-press curve.
