摘要:美国白蛾(Hyphantria cunea)是我国影响广泛的入侵性森林害虫,自1979年首次在辽宁丹东市发现以来,至2021年已扩散至全国13个省、直辖市、自治区的607个县级行政区,造成了严重的经济损失和生态环境破坏。美国白蛾具有繁殖力强、食性杂和适应性强等特征,使得该害虫具有极强的入侵性和危害性。分子生物学研究能够从生物内部分析其本质特征,有助于突破传统研究的限制,开辟新的防治理论和方法。本文综述了美国白蛾在分子生物学层面上近期的主要进展,特别是美国白蛾的种群遗传结构及分化研究、信息素的合成和嗅觉识别分子机制、寄主适应机制、基因组解析、以及新型防控技术几方面的研究现状与不足;同时,分析了美国白蛾分子生物学未来的研究方向,为入侵害虫理论发展和新型防控技术开发提供可靠的参考。
Hyphantria cunea is a widely influential invasive forest pest species in China.Since 1979,when H.cunea was first discovered in Dandong,Liaoning Province in China,it has been extended to 607 county administrative region in 13 provinces by 2021,which has resulted in serious economic losses and ecological environmental hazard.H.cunea is characterized by strong fecundity,polyphagous features,and extraordinary adaptability,which enable this species highly invasive and harmful.Molecular biology research analyzes the essence of organisms inside,which contributes to breaking through the limitations of traditional research,and establishing new theories and methods of pest prevention and control.This study reviewed recent achievements of H.cunea researches with the help of molecular biology technology,especially studies closely related to the biological characteristics of this pest,including population genetic structure and differentiation,pheromone synthesis and olfactory recognition mechanisms,host adaptation mechanisms,genome analysis,and new control technology development based on molecular technology.Meanwhile,future direction of molecular biology research of H.cunea was analyzed to provide reliable references for the development of invasive pest theories and new control technologies.
