摘要:选取试样尺寸、螺栓直径及含水率作为影响因素,对重组竹平行纹理方向的销槽承压性能进行了研究。结果表明:试样尺寸在满足设计最小值的前提下,对销槽承压强度无显著影响;试样的刚度不受长度的影响,但随厚度的增大而增大;随着螺栓直径的增大,销槽承压强度呈减小趋势,而试样的刚度呈增大趋势,并在螺栓直径≥12 mm后渐趋于稳定;随着含水率的增大,试样的刚度和销槽承压强度均呈下降趋势,含水率达到17%时,开始趋于稳定。
In this paper, the bearing properties of dowel parallel to grain were studied based on dimension, bolt diameter and moisture content as test parameters. The results showed that there was no dimension effect on the dowel-bearing strength when the dimensions reach the minimum requirements. The stiffness increased with thickness increasing, but it was not affected by length. With the bolt diameter increasing, the tested dowel-bearing strength showed a decreasing trend, however, the stiffness showed an increasing trend and became more constant when the bolt diameters were bigger than 12 mm. In addition, the dowel-bearing strength and stiffness decreased with moisture content increasing, and they became constant gradually when the moisture content was up to 17%.
