摘要:为了提高进口辐射松木材加工利用效率,扩展其使用范围,参照国家标准对新西兰辐射松木材的气干密度、干缩性、湿胀性径向变异进行了研究。结果表明:辐射松木材近树皮、中部和近髓心的气干密度分别为0.502,0.480和0.452 g/cm^3,自树皮至髓心气干密度呈现出逐渐减小的趋势,并且在0.05水平达到了显著差异,平均气干密度为0.478 g/cm^3,属于低密度木材;辐射松木材在气干状态下,其径向、弦向及体积干缩率自近树皮至近髓心呈现出逐渐减小的趋势,并且弦向和径向干缩率在0.05水平上达到了显著差异,体积干缩率在0.01水平上达到了极显著差异;辐射松木材在全干至气干状态下,其径向、弦向及体积湿胀率自近树皮至近髓心呈现出逐渐减小的趋势,并且径向湿胀率在0.05水平达到了显著差异,弦向和体积湿胀率在0.01水平达到了极显著差异。在同一环境条件下,辐射松径向的干缩率和湿胀率均小于弦向。研究结果为进口辐射松木材的加工利用及径向不同部位木材尺寸稳定性能评价提供了重要的数据支撑。
Pinus radiata has the advantages of strong adaptability,fast growth,high straightness and large output,and has become one of the main imported wood species in China.In order to improve the efficiency of processing and utilization of the imported radiata pine wood,this study used spiral micrometer tools and other tools to measure the longitudinal,tangential and volume dimensions of the radiata pine sample under oven-dried,air-dried and water-saturated conditions referencing to Chinese national standards of GB/T 1933—2009《Method for determination of the density of wood》,GB/T 1932—2009《Method for determination of the shrinkage of wood》and GB/T 1934.2—2009《Method for determination of the swelling of wood》.The three main physical property values of the radiata pine wood were finally obtained by calculations,and the variation of air-dried density,shrinkage rate and swelling rate in different radial parts were analyzed.The results showed that the average value of air-dried density was 0.478 g/cm^3,belonging to low density wood species,and the air-dried densities of the near bark,middle and near pith of radiata pine wood were 0.502,0.480 and 0.452 g/cm^3,respectively.The air-dried density from bark to pith showed a decreasing trend and had a significant difference at the probability level of 0.05.Under the air-dried condition,the radial,tangential and volume shrinkage rates decreased from near bark to pith,while the tangential and radial shrinkage rates reached a significant difference at the 0.05 level,and the volume shrinkage rate reached an extremely significant difference at the 0.01 level.Under the oven-dried to the air-dried condition,the radial,tangential and volume swelling rates showed a decreasing trend from bark to pith,and the radial swelling rates reached a significant difference at the 0.05 level,the tangential and the volume swelling rates reached an extremely significant difference at the 0.01 level.In a wood sample,under the same environment condition,the radial shrinkage rate and the swelling rate of the radiata were smaller than those in the tangential direction,and the dimensional stability of the heartwood was better than that of the sapwood.However,the shrinkage ratio of tangential to radial of sapwood was larger than that of the heartwood,and the uniformity of dry shrinkage and swelling was better than that of the heartwood.The results about the physical properties in different radial parts can provide important basic data support for the processing and utilization of imported radiata pine,to make this wood species appropriate for application.
